• Partner Ecosystem Assessment:
o Continuously evaluate and optimize the current partner landscape to drive growth and identify emerging opportunities.
o Develop a deep understanding of the existing partner ecosystem to inform strategic decision-making.
• Partner/Alliance GTM Strategy Development:
o Design and implement a scalable go-to-market model, including lead generation, resell and co-sell programs, and marketing development fund (MDF) initiatives.
o Develop strategies to enhance partner collaboration, ensuring mutual success and measurable business outcomes.
• Program Execution and Enablement:
o Roll out the partner program, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and seamless execution.
o Provide training, enablement, and tools to ensure partner success.
• Strategic Growth:
o Identify new, high-potential revenue streams through innovative partnerships.
o Expand alliances with diverse, high-impact collaborations that align with Foundever's strategic goals.
• Executive Engagement:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders, fostering trust and alignment.
• Collaboration and Leadership:
o Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of objectives across departments such as sales, marketing, and product.
o Facilitate regular strategic meetings with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure mutual success.
• Thought Leadership:
o Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to inform and enhance alliance strategies.
• Protect company assets, systems, proprietary and confidential information in accordance with Foundever Associate Agreement.
• Proactively report actual or suspected ethics and compliance violations, vulnerabilities, security incidents and breaches in the confidentiality, integrity or availability of Information assets as per the Company’s policy.
