We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end design process, creating intuitive, scalable experiences that simplify complex workflows for our users. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with distributed teams to shape TROOP’s design system, drive product innovation, and deliver user-centered solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the end-to-end design process for new features and product improvements – from discovery and research to prototyping, testing, and delivery.
- Turn complex workflows and data into simple, intuitive, and elegant user experiences.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align design decisions with business and user needs.
- Contribute to and evolve TROOP’s design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across different locations and time zones to ensure seamless product design and delivery.
- Share knowledge, best practices, and feedback with peers to strengthen TROOP’s design culture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing digital products, within B2B SaaS startups/scale-ups.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, visual storytelling, and interaction design skills.
- Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma).
- Experience with design systems, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to work effectively with distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design decisions clearly.

- Experience applying design to drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies.
- Background in designing intuitive, scalable mobile products.
- Background in Business Travel, Events, or Meetings industry.
