- Hourly compensation $22.00 - $24.00 depending on experience
- Monday - Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm

Key Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Knowledge of dental/vision/life/disability insurance is a plus
- Active Life & Health insurance license
- MS Office
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

- Foster a collaborative environment within a dynamic team to achieve shared objectives
- Proactively manage a high volume of inbound inquiries, providing expert guidance on established dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans
- Efficiently manage documentation processes and respond to email inquiries, ensuring strict adherence to company protocols and contributing to streamlined operations and enhanced client satisfaction
