CSI Companies is actively hiring for a Remote Self-Pay Work Queue Analyst (Epic Go-Live Support) to support our healthcare client during a large-scale Epic Go-Live.
Hours: 40 hours/week; Monday – Friday EST
Location: Remote (Must reside in the US; may need to travel onsite for the first week)
Pay: $37.50/hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Self-Pay Workqueue Analyst to support Epic Go Live operations by overseeing high-dollar patient responsibility accounts and ensuring proper handling of statement workflows. This role is essential to preventing unnecessary rework, missed holds, or patient dissatisfaction during the transition period. The analyst will monitor workqueues, manage statement logic for balances exceeding $5,000, and coordinate manual reviews as needed to ensure timely and accurate billing. If you're detail-oriented, confident working in financial systems, and experienced in patient billing workflows, this is a great fit.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage Epic self-pay workqueues for patient accounts with balances over $5,000
- Identify and evaluate accounts placed on statement hold and determine next steps
- Create or update workqueues to route patient accounts needing manual review
- Ensure statements are held, routed, or released based on policy and system readiness
- Work with billing, revenue cycle, and patient financial services to resolve statement issues
- Identify trends or errors in statement logic and escalate for correction
- Support clean transitions of self-pay accounts during Epic Go Live
- Provide feedback on statement flow improvements based on real-time scenarios
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years in healthcare revenue cycle or patient billing roles
- Hands-on experience with patient responsibility workflows or self-pay accounts
- Familiarity with account routing, statement holds, or review logic
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and process discipline
- Effective communication with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Epic workqueues, particularly around statements or billing logic
- Exposure to Epic Go Live environments or EHR transitions
- Strong Excel skills or comfort interpreting reports and flags
- Ability to problem-solve in real time and escalate efficiently
