We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Provide product information and assistance to customers
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Pay Range: $12 per hour
