What You’ll Do:

What we're looking for
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably within in a customer service development role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with prospects and convey the value of our solutions
- Self-motivated and extremely ambitious, with a drive to achieve sales targets
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads, outreach campaigns and tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as Outreach
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise for the Job:
Requirements: Must-Haves & Nice-to-Haves
- Call center experience is a plus.
- Strong customer engagement skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, MS Word, and Outlook is preferred.
- Good multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Effective communicator.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $20 - $30/hour.
