Work Location: Remote
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (day and overnight shifts available, including weekends)
How You Will Be Rewarded as Our Coordination Assistant
- Compensation: $20 - $22 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities of a Coordination Assistant
- Support 24/7 operational needs by assisting with dispatch, logistics coordination, and administrative tasks
- Handle incoming calls and document requests accurately in the Trinity Application Center (TAC) system
- Assist Logistics Coordinators with transportation arrangements, tracking, and special requests (e.g., catering, flight confirmations)
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners via phone, text, and email
- Maintain compliance with company procedures and customer-specific protocols
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance industry knowledge
Qualifications & Skills of a Coordination Assistant
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, aviation, or transportation preferred
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for extended periods
- Night and weekend availability as required
