Join Midwest Vision Partners and help shape the future of eyecare across the Midwest. We're looking for a Provider Enrollment Specialist to play a key role in ensuring our physicians and facilities are enrolled and credentialed efficiently and compliantly with government and commercial payors.
What You'll Be Doing
- Collect and verify all documentation needed for provider and facility enrollment.
- Complete and submit provider enrollment, hospital credentialing, and professional licensure applications accurately and within required timeframes.
- Participate in collaborative meetings related to provider onboarding and offboarding.
- Collaborate with Regional Directors, Facility Managers, and Practice Managers to become a subject matter expert for assigned provider group(s).
- Research and resolve credentialing-related issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain complete, up-to-date credentialing files for all providers within internal systems, as well as external platforms including, but not limited to, Availity, BetterDoctor, CAQH, and PECOS.
- Serve as a resource for the Revenue Cycle Team to resolve enrollment-related claim denials.
What You Bring
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of credentialing/enrollment experience in a healthcare setting.
Knowledge of:
- Credentialing policies and procedures
- Government and commercial payor application processes
- Excellent customer service principles
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, and database systems
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to interpret enrollment regulations and ensure compliance
