FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING
- Our client operates Monday through Sunday, with shift start times between 8:00 AM and 11:30 AM EST. We ask that you have flexibility with your schedule as it may be subject to change depending on the client's needs.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be supporting our claims team and assisting both policyholders and healthcare providers. Here’s what your day might look like:
- Start your shift ready to go, logged in and prepped 5 minutes before calls begin.
- Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional support on everything from benefit verification to claim statuses.
- Navigate multiple systems (like Clar, OneNote, LifePro, and Teams) to verify information and resolve inquiries quickly and accurately.
- Guide providers and policyholders through the setup and use of the provider portal.
- Keep up with program communications, reviewing emails and responding to cases in Clarc throughout the day.
- Stay engaged with your team, bringing a positive attitude and contributing to process improvements when needed.
- Meet performance goals and maintain quality service during your shift, with time for scheduled breaks to recharge.
- Wrap up your day knowing you helped make someone’s experience smoother and more informed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR—IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months experience in a call-center setting.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to navigate and utilize multiple computer applications efficiently
- Professionalism in written communication
Preferred qualifications:
- 1–2 years of previous health insurance experience
- Understanding of Third-Party Administrator (TPA) concepts
- Experience with medical and dental terminology, coding, and/or claims processing
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Additional expectations:
- Ability to participate in virtual interviews using a computer with a functioning camera
