Job Summary:
North End Teleservices, LLC is seeking motivated individuals to work from home taking inbound calls for our client. Candidate should have strong verbal and written skills, strong attention to detail, a desire to get the job done right, and provide exceptional customer service via communication channels. You will be the first point of contact, helping customers resolve issues, answer questions, and provide service support. This is a Full-time work from home opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first contact for applicants; taking incoming calls and accurately entering the information into the system for follow up by an adjudicator.
- Handle inbound customer interactions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Navigates multi-systems to access appropriate information to service.
- Determine escalation necessary for follow-up calls in a timely and efficient manner.

- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.

Key Qualifications:
- Call center experience handling inbound calls is preferred
- Must have reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attendance is a must
- Collect, interpret and type information efficiently and accurately
- Excellent listening and empathy skills
- Ability to navigate multiple programs simultaneously
- Accurate keyboarding skills, Typing speed of 25 wpm or more

- High School Diploma or GED
