UnifyCX is growing! We’re looking for experienced Customer Support Agents to join our motivated, remote-first team and help deliver outstanding service during our busy season.
**Please Note: This is a seasonal position expected to run July 1st – October 2025**
- Base Pay: $20.00 per hour
- Location: This position will be remote. However, candidates must reside in the greater San Antonio, TX area.
- Schedule: Schedule: Shifts will fall between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday (no weekends!)
- Employment Duration: 3 to 4 Months
What Will You Do?
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for answering all inbound customer support inquiries. The overall goal of each experience is to effectively diagnose customer needs to ensure all are addressed.

In this position, you will:
- Deliver extraordinary customer service and build positive rapport on every interaction
- Manage your time effectively and respond to incoming calls in a timely manner
- Accurately document call details and customer interactions
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow them through to resolution
- Maintain organized records of service actions and outcomes
- Prioritize workflow based on task urgency and importance
- Support additional tasks as assigned
Who You Are:
To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:
- Proven working experience in a customer service environment, preferably Technical Support
- Experience in providing customer service support
- Available to work Monday-Friday
- Proficient in communications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional attention-to-detail
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
