Summary:
Verified First is looking for an ambitious Solutions Engineer to join our high-performing Sales team. The successful person in this role will cover a broad spectrum of responsibilities that include data management, data analysis, and report creation. This position is an integral part of the success of our organization.
How our Solutions Engineer spends their time:
- Collaborate with National Account Executives and Partner Managers to manage and interpret customer business and technical requirements;
- Configure software demonstration environments;
- Deliver software demonstrations via web meetings and in-person meetings as needed;
- Provide pre-sale technical assistance and product education to prospects, answering business and technical questions for customers;
- Write technical and functional sections of RFP responses;
- Scope custom work such as integrations, requests for new functionality, develop workflow and process diagrams with customers;
- Assist with AI project definition and solutioning;
- Respond to customer inquiries involving application security questions;
- Assist the Accounts Management team with customer transitions from Sales to Operations, helping to develop an Account Plan;
- Serve as a liaison between the Sales Team and our Product Team, and other technical departments;
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the background screening industry;
- Previous experience as a Sales Engineer in a SaaS company;
- Functional knowledge of API's and browser integrations.
