The Details:
Orientation Date: Thursday, May 29, 2025, 10:00am - 3:00pm ET
Training Begins: Monday, June 2, 2025
- Successful candidates will complete a 2-week paid training class
- Week 1 and 2 : Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET
- Contract end date: August 31, 2025
- Our hours of operation are 7 AM - 12 AM, 7 days a week
- After training is complete you can expect to be scheduled 25-40 hours/week, part-time hours also available
- Training & work shifts completed on-site in our call center
- Work from home opportunities for those with fully open availability
- Office Location: Ann Arbor, MI
- The rate of pay is starting at: $16.25/hour

- Experience Matters: While call center experience is helpful, it's not a requirement. If you have at least 1 year of experience providing customer service to the public, we encourage you to apply and bring your expertise to our team.
