To qualify, you'll need to be tech-savvy, have access to the internet, and have a speed test showing acceptable mbps upload/download speeds. LifeServe is hiring Donor Recruitment Specialists to work remote/work from home, or to join the in-office team.
Primary Responsibilities of this Position Include:
- Perform telephone recruitment to schedule appointments with our generous volunteer blood donors.
- Update donor information or schedules and maintain confidentiality.
- Convey the big picture of saving lives to everyone.
- Meet appointments and calls per hour to attain collection goals.
Schedule:
- Minimum of 28 hours per week
- Required Friday and Saturday shifts
- Choose your remaining scheduled shifts within contact center's open hours
- Monday: 8am-6pm
- Tuesday: 8am-6pm
- Wednesday: 8am-6pm
- Thursday: 8am-6pm (REQUIRED: Thursday 8-4:30)
- Friday - REQUIRED: 8am-4pm
- Saturday - REQUIRED: 8am-12:00pm

Employees in this position are eligible for benefits including vision, critical illness and supplemental insurance. Approximately 1.5 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) will start to accrue on day 1, as well as an employer-matched retirement program.
Education and/or Experience:
- Call Center/contact center representative or customer service experience preferred. Experience in retail, food service or restaurant is valued.
- Working knowledge and experience working on computer system required.
