The Service Administrator ensures smooth operations in the service organization, serving as a liaison between departments like Service and Finance. Key responsibilities include maintaining revenue recognition systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and organizational standards. The Service Administrator works with Sales to manage contract renewals and handles quotes for contracts and billable services. Additionally, the Service Administrator manages contract lifecycles, ensuring compliance, pricing accuracy, and ensuring contractual obligations are met. This role collaborates extensively with Finance to provide meaningful and accurate financial data and alignment of service delivery, supporting operational integrity and strategic objectives.
How You’ll Make An Impact:
- Process incoming service orders and billable orders.
- Create Work Orders in ServiceMax
- Research and resolve accounting and pricing issues.
- Draft contract agreements and price quotes in accordance with well-defined policies and legal guidelines.
- Manage and maintain service contracts for the full contract life cycle including creation, renewing and terminating.
- Enter service contract pricing, contract information and service entitlements into appropriate internal systems.
- Facilitate service entitlement renewals by ensuring drafted quotes are processed on time.
- Assist in pricing discrepancy resolution.
What You Bring:
- Education: High School degree or equivalent.
- Work Experience: Previous Customer Service experience.
- Computer skills: Basic MS Office including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint.
- Communication skills: Effectively conveys information and expresses thoughts and facts clearly, orally and in writing. Demonstrates effective use of listening skills.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines.
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com and SAP is a plus.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $41,000 to $70,100 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States*. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compenstion, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
*Minimum reflects our lowest paying locations, and the top end reflects our highest paying locations. The range in your geographic location will vary but will be within the indicated ranges.
