The Bilingual Business Process Analyst will primarily focus on managing the translation and reproduction process of multiple communication materials. This role will support the coordination, development, and implementation of miscellaneous materials, in multiple languages and alternative formats, for UnitedHealthcare businesses. Manage the translation process for specific UnitedHealthcare products and comply industry wide regulation -for required materials.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Work in a cross-functional and fast-paced team to manage the translation/reproduction processes of sales, CMS Final Rule, and member benefits related documents into multiple languages and alternative formats
- Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects
- Assist and coordinate high volume translation requests across the enterprise
- Work with multiple vendors to ensure best pricing along with ensuring service and quality standards are met or exceeded on all translated documents or Alternate format transcriptions as requested
- Perform various quality control related duties such as reviewing translated materials, editing, proofreading, implementing glossary update, and issue reporting and logging into DB
- Defect Management / Re-Review as needed
- Defect Management
- Solid excel spreadsheet skills (vlook up, pivo table) to validate and approve monthly invoices among suppliers
- Work to support the team’s goals on Service, Cost and Quality
- Other Administrative duties or special projects may be assigned as needed and based on skills

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experiences that drive multiple tasks and/or projects to completion within deadlines
- Intermediate Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required
- Solid project coordination and management skills
- Ability and willingness to expand working hours to meet peak volume seasons
- Solid interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Defect Management experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), including both written and verbal business professional skills
- Spanish fluency at either native speaker level or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- English to Spanish translation experience
- Experience with PHI/PII documents management internally and externally to suppliers
- Experience working with healthcare benefits and/or materials
- Experience with ECG Quick Connect, MS Teams, Excel, Smartsheet
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall Testing
- Detail oriented and solid organizational skills

The hourly range for this role is $28.61 to $56.06 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
