As a media coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Media team’s day-to-day operations for traditional media (cable and broadcast television, out of home signage, national radio, and print buys) for all product lines. You’ll work closely with both internal and external resources to ensure buys are entered accurately and in a timely manner. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for receiving, verifying, documenting, and approving invoices for media vendor payments.
This is a remote position.
Must-have qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of two years media-related work experience
Preferred skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Suites, DocuSign and PDF platforms
- Agency or corporation media experience
- Familiarity with business processes and systems knowledge including Strata Buying Management Software (Freewheel)
Compensation
- $36,000 - $45,000/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
