Description
Position Overview: The Provider Relations Specialist role involves handling pharmacy network operations and inquiries, maintaining provider contracts, managing data requests, and serving as a liaison between the pharmacy benefit manager and various stakeholders, with opportunities to work remotely or from offices in Dubuque, IA or Kansas City, MO.

What You'll Do:
- Field and resolve pharmacy inquiries accurately and timely
- Interpret and execute on pharmacy network reporting requests and requirements
- Facilitate submittal, receipt, tracking, and process flow of contracts between MedOne and providers
- Accurately enter information and maintain contract database
- Coordinate pharmacy network communications
- Develop a thorough understanding of the network structure of MedOne’s clients
- Research and resolve pharmacy payment inquiries
- Independently fulfill data/reporting requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives, both internal and interdepartmental
- Maintain and adhere to a list of service standards for the Provider Relations team; track the team’s performance versus the team’s service standards
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and meetings (e.g., NCPDP) as necessary for continuing education
- Work with minimal guidance
- Assist with other Strategic Pricing departmental and company-wide projects and duties as needed
- Portray the company in a positive image
- Required to abide by all rules, regulations and policies of the employer

Location: Offices in either Dubuque, IA, or Kansas City, MO, or the position can be remote within the United States.
