What You'll Be Doing
Your voice will be the first one patients hear—and it’s your job to make it count. As part of our high-performing enrollment team, you’ll educate, enroll, and empower patients—one call at a time.
- Make outbound calls to warm leads (no cold-calling)
- Educate and enroll patients into RPM and CCM programs
- Hit—and exceed—daily and weekly goals
- Use CRM tools to track interactions and performance
- Collaborate with a mission-driven, supportive team
- Continuously learn and improve—we value growth mindsets
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have sales or call center experience (healthcare is a plus)
- Know how to build rapport and close the deal
- Communicate clearly and confidently
- Perform well in fast-paced, results-oriented environments
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs and productivity tools, we are a SaaS company and thrive on data to improve our patients lives!
- Are reliable, positive, and self-motivated
