About the Role
We're looking for a driven Account Executive to spearhead our growth in the UK nonprofit sector. In this role, you'll be the face of Donorbox to potential clients—delivering compelling product demos, understanding customer needs, and closing high-impact deals. Your work will be central to helping UK-based nonprofits raise more, do more, and grow their impact.
What You’ll Do
Lead Product Demonstrations (70%)
- Deliver engaging, consultative product demos tailored to nonprofit audiences
- Highlight the unique value of Donorbox’s fundraising and donor management features
- Translate technical capabilities into clear, non-technical benefits
Grow the Sales Pipeline (30%)
- Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities in the UK nonprofit space
- Build a healthy pipeline through outreach, referrals, and networking
- Manage prospects and activities using CRM tools and data-driven strategies
Manage Full Sales Cycle
- Own the sales process from first contact to signed agreement
- Negotiate with confidence and close deals that drive mutual value
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and team goals
Understand the Market
- Stay on top of nonprofit sector trends, challenges, and competitors in the UK
- Share insights with internal teams to influence product development and marketing strategy
What You Bring
- Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in the $1,500–$10,000 range
- Strong familiarity with the UK nonprofit sector—its language, pain points, and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with non-technical audiences
- Self-starter mindset: motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Experience with CRMs and digital fundraising tools
- Ability to build trust, educate prospects, and close deals with purpose
Bonus Points
- Experience expanding US-based companies into the UK or European markets
- Existing network or connections within the UK nonprofit ecosystem
