💼 What You’ll Be Doing

Own marketing & sales strategy end-to-end — from concept to execution
Conduct in-depth research on products, markets, competitors, and trends
Build high-performing campaigns that convert — across digital & traditional channels
Create and manage content for websites, emails, social, ads, print, and beyond
Run paid ad campaigns, boost SEO rankings, and optimize via analytics
Write sharp, persuasive, and on-brand copy across every touchpoint
Manage WordPress sites and build out landing pages that drive action
Recruit and lead freelancers or contractors as needed
Develop content strategies to grow traffic, leads, and revenue
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, leadership, and product teams
Adapt, learn, and iterate quickly — this is a fast-paced environment

Mission Critical Push-to-Talk (MCPTT) Communication Systems
Two-Way Radios & Services for Public Safety and Industry
Body-Worn and In-Car Camera Systems
Real-Time Crime Center & Remote Monitoring Services
Gunshot Detection & Emergency Response Tech
Security Services & Public Safety Contracting
And more — under the growing Echo911 umbrella

You’ll craft messaging that resonates with a diverse audience — from first responders to logistics managers, city officials to enterprise buyers. If you can take complex tech and turn it into clear, compelling messaging that sells — you’re our kind of person.

🧠 Who We’re Looking For

Proven experience in marketing, copywriting, or strategy roles
Strong SEO knowledge & experience driving organic traffic
Comfortable working in WordPress or similar CMS platforms
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Skilled in digital ads, content tools, and social media marketing
Confident managing freelancers, campaigns, and timelines
Analytical, curious, and research-savvy
Organized, communicative, and resourceful
Fluent in English (bonus if multilingual)
Able to learn fast, work independently, and get things done
Comfortable signing an NDA and handling confidential information

Experience with traditional media (flyers, mailers, print ads)
Background in public safety, B2B, or govtech industries
Project or team management experience

💰 Compensation & Perks

$65K/year starting salary (probation period: 4–6 months)
$145K/year + 10% of company profits post-probation
