The Associate Practice Support Specialist role will remotely support field practices by providing proactive task support. This role will work primarily out of Salesforce and via the phone and email channels. This role will support entry level administrative tasks and outbound calls to members and prospects.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Navigates multiple systems to create and combine documents for appointment preps
- Make outbound calls and remotely check voicemails with professionalism
- Receive inbound calls from members
- Has a predefined list of tasks that need to be completed on a daily basis
- Run predefined salesforce reports
- Support other well-defined tasks as needed
Required Job Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- 1-2 years customer service or phone channel experience
- Ability to quickly navigate multiple systems with accuracy
- Financial service industry experience a plus
- Strong verbal and phone skills required
- Experience with business tools (e.g.Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe and Salesforce)
- Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information
- Keying data entry efficiently and accurately with proficiency in typing/keyboard is required. Polished phone demeanor, tone and etiquette are required
- Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs. Schedules do not typically fluctuate; however, there are times where it may change.
- Has a passion to serve others. Ability to establish rapport, build relationships and loyalty with external and internal customers as well as coworkers.
