POSITION SUMMARY:
Holon Health is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote Patient Acquisition & Enrollment Specialist to join our growing team. This role's main responsibility is to reach out to potential patients, educate them about our innovative programs, and enroll them in our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes.

SCHEDULE:
This is a fully remote role. The schedule will be part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) which will all take place in the evening. This is not an overnight role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential patients.
- Clearly and concisely explain our programs and services, addressing questions and concerns.
- Guide potential patients through the enrollment process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of necessary paperwork.
- Accurately input patient information into our internal systems.
- Maintain regular follow-up with potential patients who either defer initial enrollment or do not answer initial outreach.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and patient satisfaction.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and company policies.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a call center or sales environment, preferably in healthcare.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds in a judgment-free and culturally sensitive manner.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Proficiency with technology, especially being able to operate in multiple system at one time.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
