KinderCare is looking for a CX Analyst to take an active role in crafting our organization’s approach to collecting, measuring, and making sense of the experience of our customers.
This role reports to the CX Director and will work closely with the digital product teams to build an outstanding digital experience throughout all stages of the customer journey.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Director to identify new ways to collect feedback from our customers
- Own the customer experience calendar of survey distributions
- Act as a catalyst for creative thinking and non-traditional solutions through brainstorms and product planning meetings in pursuit of seamless customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams passionate about providing digital improvements to the customer journey
- Collaborate with external agencies or contractors as needed
- Partner cross-functionally with product teams, steering committees, critical initiative reporting, financial planning & analysis, multiple IT architecture domains, and more!
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3+ years of experience with SQL, and CoreXM
- Experience in the survey lifecycle, including requirements gathering, survey construction, response rate optimization, and results analysis
- Collaboration skills with external partners and digital product teams
- A true passion for digital customer experience as well as being a creative thought-leader; experience working with transformation initiatives and agile environments is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
