Job Description
The Scheduling Coordinator provides patient appointment scheduling and customer service functions including scheduling appointments, patient reception, appointment check-in, and insurance verification for patients in the Radiology Department.
This position is eligible to work remotely following onsite training in Saint Paul, MN. Employees must reside in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, or South Dakota, and have a reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work free from interruptions.
Work Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in direct customer/patient service, or one year of experience internally within the Regions Radiology Department.
- Reside in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, or South Dakota, and have a reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work free from interruptions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare scheduling experience.
- Epic electronic medical record system experience.
Additional Information:
This is a non-union 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period) day shift position working in Saint Paul, MN. The full salary range for this position is $19.26-$28.89 per hour, based on experience and internal equity. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and eligible for benefits.
