Position Summary:
The Configuration Associate is an important role in the Client Implementation and Program Delivery (CIPD) department at TurningPoint. This role is responsible for the overall development, maintenance, and coordination of written correspondence templates and the system configuration for automated generation of these templates for all clients across all lines of business; supporting timely written notification required as a part of our client programs.. Responsible for template document management and the process by which notification is to be triggered in our systems.
This role also helps to ensure quality of our internal systems by performing tests on software products before their release to other employees as part of an end-to-end user acceptance testing that may also include partner testing with clients during implementation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manages and maintains all client communication templates that are used in our systems to support client programs
- Captures and coordinates business requirements with internal teams regarding new implementation of templates and change requests on existing templates
- Collaborates with client implementation managers and other key business owners on the prioritization of new and change requests for communication templates to ensure timely completion of each deliverable
- Provides support to client implementation managers regarding templates during client implementations to ensure timely client approval prior to a program launch
- Responsible for User Acceptance Testing related to communication templates that are used in our systems
- Responsible for monitoring and auditing production automation and templates on an ongoing basis, including new implementations as well as ongoing system deployments
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues that cause errors related to the generation of templates in our systems
- Other projects as assigned
Education, Experience and Licensure:
- High School Diploma Required
- Must be able to deliver a message in a positive and productive manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills
- College Level mathematics skills
