Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer who specializes in lead generation using Google Ads search campaigns and YouTube ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in optimizing Google Ads campaigns within the real estate industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, digital advertising strategies, and a passion for driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage between $150,000 to $300,000 in monthly ad spend.
- Manage up to 30-35 client accounts at the same time with the help of a Junior Media Buyer.
- Develop and execute strategic Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation for real estate investors.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, key trends, and opportunities.
- Create compelling ad copy and creative assets tailored to real estate investors.
- Implement advanced bidding strategies and optimization techniques to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account management teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes within the real estate market.
- Consistently report client campaign metrics via loom videos on a biweekly basis and communicate potential strategy adjustments with the client and account manager.
- Communicate with clients via Slack and (rarely) Zoom as needed to assist the account manager in working through client needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on lead generation using Google Ads.
- Proven track record of managing Google Ads campaigns with a minimum ad spend of $1 million.
- Deep understanding of the real estate market, including key trends and audience segments.
- Expertise in Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Google Ads certifications (e.g., Google Ads Search, Google Ads Display) preferred.
- Experience with additional digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and real estate-specific tools (e.g., Zillow, Realtor.com) is a plus.
