What you'll be doing...
In this role, you will need to showcase your ability to be organized, detail-oriented, and thrive on resolving operational challenges that come your way. You will use your business knowledge and professionalism to support your team by coordinating and ensuring efficiency for the Senior Vice President and their Vice President - essentially taking care of the day-to-day operations to keep the team functioning on all cylinders.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing high-level administrative support and organizational tasks to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly for the executive team
Coordinating complex calendars, including scheduling and arranging meetings - while maintaining sensitivity to changing priorities.
Overseeing the daily operations of your assigned vertical; prioritizing competing tasks and/or deadlines, and track and report standardized measurements of success.
Coordinating on-site multi-day meetings which include catering, greeting guests and external partner teams, etc.
Preparing reports, presentations, proposals, and correspondence.
Managing sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Finding new ways to increase office efficiency and innovative ways to support the team.

You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or one or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
Tech savvy capabilities; strong proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g., G-mail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, slides, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Demonstrated ability to stay organized and multi-task
Strong prioritization abilities and ability to meet deadlines
Comfortability working with C-Suite executives and supporting senior leaders
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Project management experience in the areas of strategic thinking, managing competing priorities, and a proactive mindset.
Experience with facilitation and communication across all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
Experience collaborating with internal and external partners.
Experience building relationships with large complex teams in a high-performance environment.
Five or more years of administrative experience.
Experience working well independently and under pressure.
A passion for turning ambiguity into order, corporate environment experience.

Where you'll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $69,000.00 and $128,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
