RemX Staffing is seeking experienced Customer Success Specialists for a progressive health and wellness client of ours. This role is pivotal in providing seamless technical support and operational assistance for enterprise healthcare clients and members.
- Type: Permanent/Direct Hire
- Location: 100% Remote in NC (Equipment provided)
- Pay: $21.00-$22.00/hr
- Start: April
- Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8 hr shift between 7am-7pm
RESPONSBILITIES:
- Act as a bridge between sales, customer success, and operational teams
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and strengthen client relationships
- Serve as a point of contact for partners and provide guidance on program specific questions
- Oversee logistics for orders, exchanges, refunds, and warranty replacements
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues promptly and effectively
- Must have at least 3+ years of experience in a a Customer Success role
- Must have high speed internet and a dedicated workspace with minimal distractions
- Must possess strong troubleshooting abilities for software and hardware issues
- Must have proficiency navigating through CRM platforms and ticketing systems
- Must exhibit patience and empathy when working with customers
- Must have be a strong communicator with ability to build strong rapport with clients
- Must be skilled at solving a wide array of problems while delivering excellent service
