Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize shared email boxes effectively
- Operate efficiently in 2-3 different systems
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Data Entry with the ability to input large volumes of information accurately
- Familiarity with Outlook for managing emails, calendars, and tasks
- Excellent typing skills for efficient data input and management
- Good organizational skills to manage large volumes of data and files
- Customer Service experience to handle a mid-to high volume of phone calls
