Our team has deep experience in 3D visualization, photogrammetry, applied machine learning, computer vision, and autonomy. You will be working collaboratively with all teams in Reveal to define and execute the roadmap for Farsight, Identifi, and our future products.

Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.Develop joint business plans with partners to achieve mutually beneficial revenue targets.Track and report on revenue contributions from strategic partnerships.Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies to support business growth and long-term goals.Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances within the defense industry.Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership efforts with organizational objectives and market trends.Synchronize and align Partner activities with Reveal’s Corporate Development function to ensure shared visibility on opportunities that yield mutual benefit to both functional areas.Collaborate with partners to create and execute joint go-to-market strategies that leverage each party's strengths.Coordinate marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive and effective execution of joint initiatives, to include co-marketing and co-branding opportunities.Monitor the effectiveness of go-to-market strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, defense contractors, suppliers, and industry associations.Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring effective communication and mutual benefit.Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and build credibility.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities within the defense industry.Assess competitor activities and identify gaps or areas for differentiation, owning the competitive intelligence mandate for the company and reporting on emerging trends to company leadership.Provide insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and strategic direction.Lead the development of proposals, contracts, and agreements with potential partners.Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure favorable outcomes for the organization, in collaboration and consultation with Business Unit and company leadershipMonitor and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.Oversee the execution of partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of partnerships.Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on partnership performance and strategic outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Defense/Security Studies, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.7+ years of experience in the Defense Tech industry or a related sector, with a focus on strategic partnerships or business development.In-depth knowledge of defense industry trends, regulations, and procurement processes.Strong network of contacts within the defense sector, including government and private entities.Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans and achieve measurable results.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to analyze complex data, market dynamics, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.Familiarity with government contracting and compliance standards.
Compensation
Salary + Equity + BonusBase salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
