About the Role:
We're looking for a Brand Analyst to join our growing team. As our first Brand Analyst, you will assist our Head of Brands in helping to grow our integrated brand catalog. This is an exciting opportunity to work with up-and-coming brands and to help identify new methods in reaching out to get them onto the platform. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves the e-commerce space, and has a strong passion for working with customer-facing roles.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential brand partners in assigned verticals. EG: Corporate Gifting.
Analyze brand alignment with the company’s partnership objectives and asses potential value to the network
Help the head of brands maintain an active pipeline of prospective partners and track engagement status.
Accurately input and update brand records, ensuring all contact data and meetings are tracked
Track the number of brand partnerships in progress, along with onboarding timelines and completed deals.
Ensure all data is well organized and easily accessible for reporting and decision-making.
Manage follow up communications with potential brand partners after meetings, summarizing key points and next steps.
Ensure timely responses to brand inquiries and maintain consistent engagement to move deals forward.
Work closely with internal teams to coordinate brand-related initiatives and address any concerns raised by partners.
Qualifications:
3 years experience, preferably 3+ years experience in a customer-facing role
Experience with CRM systems (eg Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar)
Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, etc.)
Familiarity with Looker or other data visualization tools for reporting and analysis
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Plus if you have knowledge and passion for brands in the ecomm space
