Job Description
FMTC is seeking an experienced and motivated Merchant & Agency Premium Program Account Manager to driver sales and manage relationships for our premium (paid) in-house and agency services. This is a part-time to full-time, remote position.
Qualifications
- Affiliate marketing experience (minimum 2+ years preferred).
- Sales and/or account management experience
- Proficiency with or aptitude to learn CRM & Billing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Maxio, Google Suite)
- Strong written & communication skills to drive sales and maintain subscriber relationships.
- Follow through and ability to work independently
- Ability to identify and capitalize on upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Responsibilities
- Sales & Growth
- Drive sales of FMTC’s premium merchant and agency services.
- Conduct outreach, demos, and consultations to convert leads into paying subscribers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with premium subscribers, focusing on retention and upselling.
- Prepare resale bundles, quotes, and invoices to support business growth.
- Onboarding, Management, Offboarding
- Oversee the onboarding, management, and offboarding of premium subscribers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for premium merchants and agencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and plan future features.
- Possible travel to industry tradeshows.
- Billing and Reporting
- Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and accurate invoicing.
- Configure and maintain Maxio (formerly Chargify) for billing operations.
- Track payments, update financial records, and report revenue performance.
- Create usage and related reports.
- Operational & Internal Collaboration
- Participate in regular internal meetings and training to stay aligned with FMTC’s goals.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to oversee promotional efforts for merchant services.
- Maintain records of subscriber interactions, transactions, and service performance.
