Remote Position (OR/WA Only)
This is a remote position - incumbents, who reside in Oregon or Washington only. There may be occasional situations that require work to be performed on-site at an assigned Legacy Health location. All new hires are required to come to a designated Legacy Health office location in Portland, Oregon prior to their start date for a new hire health assessment and to complete new hire paperwork. This position may require initial training and orientation to be site-based, before transitioning to the remote schedule.

Under general direction with minimum to moderate supervision, responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects of varying moderate complexity and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Oversees all aspects of assigned projects throughout the project lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints. Ensures accurate allocations of resources throughout the project. Leads multi-disciplinary teams, composed of various levels of personnel, vendors, and clients to create and deploy successful projects.
Takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Defines project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and acts to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or Healthcare Administration required. Relevant experience may be substituted for educational requirement.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-4 years demonstrated experience in leading moderate to large size IS projects and systems implementation with accountability for people/tasks and budget. Demonstrated ability to develop project structure, detailed project work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports. Proven ability to move large projects from Approval to Implementation and see through the project life-cycle to full completion and closure. Experience in healthcare setting preferred.

Ability to develop new strategies and solutions, gain buy in, and over-see adoption.
Effectively remains calm and professional under pressure.
