Your role:
We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate who provides front-line customer service support on behalf of ReSource Pro clients via phone, email, and/or chat. This customer-facing role is responsible for handling customer inquiries professionally, politely, and efficiently while documenting work in client systems. The work completed directly impacts trust and partnership with the client.
You will be:
- Managing inbound/outbound calls and emails as a subject matter expert
- Providing clear communication to brokers and insurers (via phone, email, and chat).
- Providing exceptional customer service to client customers
- Completing requested client/broker tasks and processes
- Collaborating with peers and leaders to meet client needs
- Contributing to the achievement of internal team goals
What you need to be successful:
- 1-2 years customer service experience required
- Reliability, we have a small team and rely on each other
- Ability to follow processes and procedures
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
- Insurance background/knowledge (Preferred)
- A strong understanding of audit processes and procedures (Preferred)

Your Compensation:
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes benefits and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $10.00 per hour - $23.15 per hour.
The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
