Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee all operations of the office
· Administrative support for Sr. Management, as needed
· Greet visitors, answer phones, manage shipments
· Liaison with AP to maintain purchasing information and balances
· Provide support in the hiring process
· New employee on boarding and set up
Experience:
· Proficient with Microsoft Office platform
· 2 years-experience in Office Management
· Familiarity with inventory management and purchasing software
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
· Highly organized and focused on follow through
Pay Details:$25.00 to $30.00 per hour
