Ubique Group is looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our customer service team. Our team manages incoming calls and other customer service tasks. Our team is committed to identifying and assessing customers’ needs and providing the very best service experience. Representatives will provide information about our products and effectively resolve issues that may arise.

Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and service tasks
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, sales, order fulfillment, or E-Commerce
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening skills
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely fashion
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Microsoft Office software and/or Salesforce proficiency
