Cure HHT is seeking a talented Salesforce Data Manager to help bring our critical work to the next level. Cure HHT uses Salesforce with Non-Profit Success Pack (NPSP) to manage and evaluate our fundraising and communications efforts, along with program implementation. Through Salesforce, Cure HHT tracks, records, and analyzes data on constituents, partners, donors, and programs. Additionally, a variety of applications and tools are used to collect information about and communicate with the Cure HHT community, such as forms, surveys, and e-blasts.
This dynamic position is responsible for helping Cure HHT pursue its mission by supporting staff across the organization and ensuring data quality. The Salesforce Data Manager is charged with strengthening Cure HHT’s capacity to collect and use data, build more efficient systems, and maintain data hygiene and integrity. The Salesforce Data Manager reports to the Salesforce Administrator and works closely with the Chief Operating Officer.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure Cure HHT maintains clean, quality data through address cleansing, new contacts review, deduping
- Identify opportunities for improving user experience and efficiency, reduce technical debt, and recommend solutions
- Prepare and import new records into Salesforce from a variety of outside sources
- Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, and creating and modifying reports and dashboards
- Assist in the creation of user documentation for all functional areas
- Perform weekly data backups
- Additional responsibilities as needed
- 3+ years of relevant work experience; remote work experience strongly preferred
- 1+ year of Salesforce “power user” experience and Salesforce Associate Certification required; Salesforce Administrator Certification a plus
- Salesforce NPSP experience strongly preferred
- High level Excel proficiency; overall comfort with MS Office 365 including Outlook and Teams
- Experience with Apsona, Data Loader, Demand Tools or similar data management product preferred
- Familiarity with FormAssembly and Classy a plus
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing projects while adhering to deadlines
- Extraordinary attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative work environment

- Reside in the United States and ability to attend organization events as needed (travel expenses covered)
