About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. We are looking for someone with prior experience in selling to IT, Ops and data leaders and someone who is a team player and can understand how to align with the overall company goals.
The SDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods. Apart from the regular outbound channels, we are open to experimenting new ways that could generate meetings. Your typical week would be a healthy mix of trying out new experiments as well as running tried and tested sales plays.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in outbound, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods.Interacting with C-Level executives (CTO, CIOs, COOs, CEO, Founders etc.) through outreach.Should have sound knowledge of IT sales and have some experience of using Hubspot, Apollo.Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute targeted prospecting campaignsManage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leadsConduct research to identify potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trendsCollaborate with marketing to develop and execute lead-generation campaignsBuild account lists for targeted ABM reach outMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
Qualifications
1+ year of selling data or SaaS solutionsPrevious experience of selling to mid-sized firms in the US market will be a bonusExperience in the “modern data stack” will be a huge benefitYou are a “doer” with a high motor who has seen what great outbound marketing looks likeStrong writing, interpersonal, presentation, and organization skills requiredKnowledgeable and/or interested in go-to-market tech, startups, and growth
