Job Description:
Everlaw is seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to help facilitate our entire hiring process from the first phone call through landing our next great Everlawyer. You’ll partner with our recruiting team and the hiring managers to support the flow of candidates through our talent pipeline and to ensure each applicant has a positive experience throughout the interview process. As a consistent presence throughout someone’s interview experience with Everlaw, this role is instrumental to ensuring each step of the recruitment cycle happens smoothly and professionally. At heart, you’re a problem solver who can rely on your organization skills, relationships across the business and knowledge of team priorities to and unscripted demands with a calm and collected demeanor. This is a full-time, non-exempt position located onsite in Oakland, California. We have a coordinate hybrid schedule and this role will be expected to work out of our Oakland office M/W/Th with the ability to work remotely on Tu/F.

In your role, you'll...
Partner directly with our recruiters and hiring managers across the business to design ensure candidates move through our recruiting process in a delightful and efficient manner.
Use documented interview plans to schedule candidates for their next touchpoints in our hiring process.
Welcome candidates onsite and give them tours of our shiny Oakland HQ.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience, representing Everlaw’s values and culture.
Become an expert on our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and identify and implement process improvements that make us more efficient.
Gain new experiences that put you on the path to become a talent sourcer, full-cycle recruiter or recruiting operations professional.
About you
You have 1+ years of experience in recruiting or recruiting coordination, supporting high-volume hiring or complex recruiting processes across different departments.
You have hands-on experience with the Greenhouse applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate management tools, and HR databases.
You communicate clearly, quickly, and professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
You are highly organized and thrive on managing multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities simultaneously.
You use data and metrics to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and improve recruiting processes.
You have experience using Google Suite and have intermediate knowledge of how to maintain and utilize basic spreadsheet functionality
You have a desire to continue to grow your career in Recruiting, whether as a full-cycler recruiter, talent sourcer or recruiting operations

Benefits
The hourly pay rate for this role is between $36.06 - $43.26/hour. The final offered salary will be dependent upon many factors including the candidate’s experience and skills. The base pay range is subject to change in the future.
