The Urology Triage Receptionist's responsibilities include collecting patient details, answering phones, scheduling appointments, aiding in follow-up care, arranging referrals, coordinating records transfer, explaining policies and procedures, and handling patient queries, concerns, and complaints.
Educational Requirements/ Qualifications:
1. High school diploma and or GED
2. Computer skills, the understanding of medical terminology, good communication skills and the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
3. Ability to write reports and correspondence.
4. One year of experience in the healthcare field
