Overview
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for process optimization and problem-solving? We’re looking for an Electronic Claims Analyst to join our dynamic, fully remote team! In this role, you will play a critical part in processing and analyzing electronic claims, improving data integrity, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance efficiency.

You'll have the opportunity to lead process improvements, collaborate with various teams, and make a real impact on our claims management systems.
Responsibilities
- Process and upload electronic claims with precision and efficiency.
- Conduct in-depth claims analysis to identify financial impacts and improvement opportunities.
- Research and resolve electronic claims discrepancies, partnering with Claims and Network Services teams to address provider billing issues (e.g., Tax ID, NPI, provider and patient match).
- Investigate and correct errors generated from electronic claims loads.
- Serve as a liaison between providers and internal teams to ensure proper billing procedures.
- Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot data entry and claims processing issues.
- Communicate system and operational challenges to leadership proactively.
- Lead projects focused on process enhancement, reporting, and system improvements.
- Provide training and support to electronic claims staff.
- Participate in testing new claims requirements and workflows.
- Develop, document, and optimize electronic claims processes.
- Support additional data management initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; additional education is a plus.
- Minimum of two years of health insurance claims processing .
- Prior experience handling electronic claims and maintaining member files.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
