Responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails and phone calls from clients and address their inquiries about our shredding services.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for document destruction services, ensuring optimal use of resources and time.
- Prepare and maintain digital records of client interactions, service requests, and follow-ups in our database.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and updates for social media platforms to promote A1 DATASHRED.
- Support the operations team in tracking service requests and coordinating with field staff for timely executions.
- Research and compile information on industry trends, competitors, and potential new clients to help inform business strategy.
- Provide administrative support to management by preparing reports and assisting with logistical needs for client engagements.
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
