- Start: As soon as credentialed (2-3wks to cred)
- Schedule: Monday Friday 8a-5p
- Cases: Outpatient, 21 patients/shift, 90% Adult/Geri.,10% adolescent/children (ages 5 & up), getting additional info. on census
- Required Certifications: BC/BE FP/IM (must see ages 5 & up) MA License/MA DEA (both parts), not required but would prefer Suboxone cert.
- Credentialing Time: 2-3 wks
