Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Associate customer Operations Representative!
About the role
The Associate Customer Operations Representative is responsible for reviewing and processing financial and non-financial activities for our SwiftTerm products, including, but not limited to: troubleshooting, account maintenance, and SwiftTerm portal inquiries. Responsible for providing inbound/outbound telephone support to our customers and agents. Assists with requests both written and verbal. Must be able to maintain a high level of accuracy to ensure a positive customer experience.

- Maintain direct contact with customers and or agents to resolve open issues.

Compensation
Hourly Salary Range: $22.00 - $29.98 plus eligibility for annual bonus program

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy Quality conflict and resolution skills.
- Proven ability to follow procedures
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required
