RemX is seeking Remote Customer Care Representative I
Position/Job Description:
The CCRI interacts with all customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products, services, and procedures in a multi-channel customer care center.
What You Need to Know:
- Deal directly with both internal and external customers via telephone, email and live chat
- Handle/respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and thoroughly
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Process entry level orders and credits
- Follow up on unresolved issues and drive resolution
- Capture detailed notes on all inquiries including action taken to resolve issue
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments
- Ability to understand/read equipment drawings and look up parts
- Other duties and projects as assigned by the Leadership Team
Shift: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm EST OR Central time 7am-4pm – $18 per hr.
What We Are Looking For:
• High School diploma or equivalency • 1-3 years’ customer service experience, call center experience a plus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of MS office software applications
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Strong initiative and the ability to be self-directed in prioritizing and completing tasks
• Willingness and ability to work extended hours, including overtime as business requires
