Qualifications:

Job Summary: - Shift times: We need providers to cover day shifts, 12hrs, ideally 3X12s and must be willing to work a weekend during their week of assignments.
- Case types: General, Trauma (Level 1), Peds
(458/year) Endo, Ortho, Vascular, NICU,
& OB - Patient Volume: 12,598 cases annually
- Additional details: Occasional Night Shift 7p-7a
- Additional Details: CRNAs insert epidurals
