Evaluations take place in the members' homes, involving a detailed patient history and basic physical assessment. I'm looking for physicians to perform prescheduled Health Risk Evaluations of Medicare Advantage members on health plans that we represent. The HREs consist of a detailed history and basic physical evaluation that is performed in the members home.
