Kentucky - Gastroenterology
• Group provides physician autonomy in a physician owned and led private practice with supportive administrative staff (billing, coding, marketing, patient scheduling, after hours answering service, HR, and IT).
• They have a strong focus on providing excellent patient care
• Over 100 physicians in their multi-specialty practice provide comprehensive care to their community
• A new partner can have a busy GI practice from day one.
• Multiple experienced nurse practitioners within their department extend their community impact by providing excellent clinical care
• Bread and butter GI practice with the option for advanced endoscopic procedures. EUS trained candidates especially preferred. They have esophageal manometry, Fibroscan, video capsule endoscopy, ERCP, SpyGlass, Bravo pH testing, radiofrequency ablation, and EUS.
• Currently, the two senior physicians are the only ones taking call in the two hospitals they cover however they are adding two more GI s this year(2023) and would like to add one to two more in 2024(or sooner). They would like to grow their GI group over the next couple of years so that there are six physicians taking call in the hospital.
• Their department provides mentoring from senior partners in a collegial environment
• Full time practice manager and pre-certification coordinator on site
