This position for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in Coburg, OR offers the opportunity to treat adults with alcohol and addiction issues in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The role includes evaluating and managing care for patients, supported by on-site psychiatric staff. -Join a successful organization in Coburg, OR (10 miles north of Eugene, 100 miles south of Portland)
-Treat patients struggling with alcohol and other addictions
-Treat low acuity patients in a residential inpatient unit and outpatient facility
-Support from on site Psychiatrist and staff MD
-See 12 patients per day
-60 minute initial evaluations and 30 minutes for follow up
-Flexible scheduling: 5x8s (M-F 8am-5pm) and 4x10s available
-Must work 2 weekends a month (in place of weekday shifts)
-3 nights of on call per week (phone only)
-Compensation of $104k and up depending on experience + benefits
-Option to pick up additional shifts for additional compensation
